Prével, Live Well
For 40 years Prével has been developing creative and distinctive concepts that fit neatly into their surroundings and adapt to the lifestyles of urban Montrealers. We take enormous pride in creating real living environments, distinguished by their quality and unique character. Our most recent projects include: 21e arrondissement, Bassins du Havre, Lowney, Imperial Lofts, Le Seville, Quai de la Commune, Époques and Village Liberté sur Berges.
Fully conscious of the importance our residential projects have on the lives of our clients, we apply decades of know-how into conceptualizing and building great places to live, where our clients can create a home to call their own.
Since 1978 we have been dedicated to guiding our clients through each step of the home-buying process, from casually wandering through a sales office to moving into their brand new home. We are committed to our clients, and to delivering their new unit exactly as they imagined it.
In October 2014, Lemay expanded its talent pool through the acquisition of DAA, Cardinal Hardy Architects and
Martin Marcotte / Architects from the Toronto-based IBI Group. With this transaction, Lemay became one of Canada’s leading integrated environment design firms.
Lemay+CHA offers an integrated conceptualization of the entire environment being built, including urban design, architecture, landscape architecture, interior design and branding in a synchronized, multidisciplinary approach.
Using a creative approach and leveraging its large talent base and diversity of expertise, Lemay+CHA today designs the spaces of tomorrow. They work tirelessly to build a better future for our communities through projects that enhance quality of life while reducing their ecological footprint.
More than thirty years ago, Sylvie Drouin et Michel Foti, both graduates in environmental design, founded Foti Drouin designers. Ever since the beginning, they are known for their pragmatic and creative approach. Beyond aesthetics, they analyze and question design notions to create brilliant spaces that suit their customers, in the real estate sector in particular.
Still today the Foti Drouin team of designers is always a step ahead with its creativity and thoroughness. The spaces they design are functional, timeless and have a personality of their own because of the attention to details that pervades all their projects. To deliver a final product that goes beyond expectations, Foti Drouin insists on a close collaboration with its clients and a complete involvment from the concept to the completion.
